Amalie Dideriksen secured her second podium finish of the season at the NXT Classic Women. On Saturday, April 4, 2026, she took third place in the Netherlands.
The Cofidis women’s team is on a roll. Following Martina Alzini’s second-place finish at the Midwest Cycling Classic two weeks ago, Amalie Dideriksen came very close to victory on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at the NXT Classic Women. In the Netherlands, our Danish rider took third place. This is her second podium finish of the season following her third-place finish on Stage 3 of the UAE Tour Women.

Gaëtan Lemoine, DS : "The plan was to be patient, as the course was quite technical. We had to wait until the final hour of the race to try to break up the peloton. Unfortunately, we lost Nadia Quagliotto on the first lap due to a crash. That somewhat compromised our plans for the finish. Victorie Guilman worked hard for the team, and in the end, a group of about thirty riders contested the victory. The girls did what was necessary to enter the final turn in the lead with Amalie Dideriksen. Unfortunately, we were overtaken in the final stretch, but we’re still satisfied with our aggressive race."
